American skier Bode Miller wins again in Austria
American skiing star Bode Miller made his second Super-G victory in six days with a win at Hinterstoder in Austria on Wednesday.
Bode Miller, 29, finished 0.79 seconds ahead of Italian Peter Fill to clinch his 24th career World Cup victory.
Bode Miller, who was also a winner in the Italian resort of Val Gardena last week, is now leading both the super-G and overall World Cup standings.
However, Super-G World Cup champion Aksel Lund Svindal had a dismal performance in the foggy conditions and came in at 11th.
Bode Miller is the only skier with more than one World Cup win this season, having won in Are as well as Val Gardena and Hinterstoder.
"Things are starting to come together for me," Bode Miller said and he went on to add: "My skis are working great, I'm a good skier.
"I've proved it in the past. But a good skier still requires good skis."
