William Gallas warns France to watch out for Portugal Chelsea defender William Gallas said France must maintain their composure in the World Cup semi-final because he expects their rivals Portugal to attempt to upset his team.
France have six players who are just one booking away from getting suspended and William Gallas warned: "Portugal will try and do everything to destabilise us."
And he claimed Portugal would try using "actions and little fouls".
"In this sort of match we must be careful of the Portuguese - they like diving, you can see that," warned William Gallas.
Coach Raymond Domenech didn't comment on the gamesmanship of Portugal, but said he was wary of the threat they would pose against France.
"They have players of talent, who are organised well, who can defend and cause you problems," Raymond Domenech said.
