Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann confident of beating Italy Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann has confidence in his team and says they will continue to play attacking football when they play against Italy in Tuesday's World Cup semi-final.
Jurgen Klinsmann said: "Italy deserve a lot of respect - they have a long and proud footballing history.
"They are one of the best teams in the world, and that's why they are in the final four - but we will go for it.
"We must think about our own game - and if we play our own game in our own style, we will be able to beat them."
And Jurgen Klinsmann added: "I feel proud of our team, and how they have done in this tournament.
"But we also know that we still have the two biggest hurdles in front of us."
Jurgen Klinsmann also feels that his side's incredible success at Dortmund's Westfalenstadion will help them again.
Germany boast a record in the stadium of 13 wins and a draw from 14 matches, with a positive goal difference of 59-7 and Jurgen Klinsmann said: "It's good to know we'll be playing there.
"There is nothing like the atmosphere in Dortmund. It is like a volcano which will hopefully erupt."
In spite of never having defeated Italy in a World Cup match, Jurgen Klinsmann is hoping that this time they will succeed.
