Footballer Andrew Johnson moves from Everton to Fulham
England footballer Andrew Johnson has completed his transfer from Everton to Fulham.
27-year-old Johnson has signed a four-year contract, which means he will be with his new team until at least the summer of 2012.
Johnson originally signed with Everton from Crystal Palace for £8.6m in May 2006, but the fee he is being sold for now has not as yet been revealed, although it is speculated that is about £10.5m.
Johnson had been rumoured to be moving to Craven Cottage for much of the summer, and he has been said to have been keen to return to London to be close to family.
Johnson will be Fulham's 11th signing and he is likely to form a new partnership with Bobby Zamora, who joined the club from West Ham in July.
Everton boss David Moyes will now be able to use the fee to put in a second bid for Sporting Lisbon player Joao Moutinho.
