France rugby star David Skrela ruled out of Six Nations clash
French rugby union player David Skrela has been ruled out of the Six Nations match between France and Scotland on Saturday.
David Skrela hasn't recovered from the tibia injury he suffered during the game against England last weekend and Lionel Beauxis will replace him.
Lionel Beauxis, 21, has been understudy to fly-half David Skrela in France's opening four games of the tournament so is ideal to take over for him.
"I would love to be 100% and to be able to play, but the pain prevents me (from doing so). I am very happy for Lionel," David Skrela said.
France rugby union side had already made three changes to their team for the Paris match with scrum-half Pierre Mignoni, number eight Imanol Harinordoquy and wing Cedric Heymans all to be in starting line-up. Dimitri Yachvili, Sebastien Chabal and Christophe Dominici are the players who have been omitted from the team.
