France rugby make 9 changes to team to play Georgia
France's rugby team has made nine changes to the line up for their final Pool D match against Georgia in Marseille on Sunday.
France manager Jo Maso said: "We took into account the need to rest some players and to keep the guys on their toes." Raphael Ibanez is rested and Fabien Pelous will be on the bench.
The new line up has flanker Serge Betsen as the captain of the France rugby team.
The team is now made up as follows: Clement Poitrenaud, Aurelien Rougerie, David Marty, Yannick Jauzion, Christophe Dominici, Lionel Beauxis, Pierre Mignoni, Julien Bonnaire, Yannick Nyanga, Serge Betsen (captain), Jerome Thion, Lionel Nallet, Jean-Baptiste Poux, Sebastien Bruno, Olivier Milloud.
And replacements are listed as: Dimitri Szarzewski, Nicolas Mas, Fabien Pelous, Remy Martin, Jean-Baptiste Elissalde, David Skrela, Vincent Clerc.
Scrum-half Pierre Mignoni and wing Christophe Dominici, who had been dropped following the disappointing loss to Argentina in the opening match of the tournament, were also named in the starting team of players.
