Cricket coach Bob Woolmer's body released by coroner
Pakistan cricket coach Bob Woolmer's body has been released by the coroner, according to Jamaican police.
Bob Woolmer had been found dead in his Kingston hotel room on 18 March, the day after Pakistan was defeated by Ireland in the World Cup and after an investigation into the cause of his death it was concluded that Bob Woolmer had been murdered and is thought to have died from strangulation.
The body of Bob Woolmer, who was 58 when he died, will probably be returned to his family in South Africa.
Bob Woolmer's inquest had been scheduled for 23 April, however, without going into details, the Jamaican government announced on Friday that it had been delayed for an indefinite time.
Police investigating Bob Woolmer's murder have sent CCTV images to Scotland Yard for further analysis and a team of four British officers are in Jamaica helping with the inquiry.
