Rally champion Sebastien Loeb aims for Rally of Wales
World Rally champion Sebastien Loeb aims to recover from injury in time for the season-ending Rally of Wales this December.
Sebastien Loeb claimed his third successive title in Australia when rival Marcus Gronholm failed to finish in the top four on Sunday.
Sebastien Loeb, 32, watched the race from the sidelines because of a broken arm in a mountain-bike accident, however, now with the title secure, he can be more cautious over making his return.
"I wanted to come back in New Zealand but now the pressure is not the same," said Sebastien Loeb and added: "If I am not completely ready in New Zealand I will wait a bit more."
The Rally of New Zealand is held in Waikato on 17-19 November but Sebastien Loeb seems much more likely to take part in the Cardiff area on 1-3 December.
