Marcus Gronholm wins Rally of Greece
Rally driver Marcus Gronholm has won the Rally of Greece for the first time and ended Sebastien Loeb's winning run.
Sebastien Loeb ended up in second place while Ford's Mikko Hirvonen came in third position for his second successive podium finish.
Marcus Gronholm was in the lead for the event from the second stage and finished more than two minutes clear of the field.
The Ford driver won 11 of the 18 stages, including the last, and Petter Solberg won four stages on the final leg after coming back to the rally.
Petter Solberg had missed the last stage on Saturday after he was forced off the road by a non-race vehicle.
Defending champion Sebastien Loeb went into this event on the back of five straight wins and was hoping to equal Carlos Sainz's record of 26 world rally career wins and he still leads the overall standings although Marcus Gronholm has now closed the deficit to 29 points.
