McLaren Formula One team face hearing in spygate row
McLaren Formula One team face another hearing on Friday as part of the "spygate" row that has already caused them to lose constructors' points and to be fined £50m in September.
McLaren were disciplined for having in their possession a confidential Ferrari technical document.
However, the International Automobile Federation (FIA) has carried out further investigations to make certain that no Ferrari data is included in the McLaren car for 2008.
McLaren could be penalised with a further points deduction before the 2008 season starts up.
Independent legal and technical experts went to the McLaren headquarters in Woking, UK, in November, to look at McLaren's design for next season's car.
The world council of FIA, the sport's governing body, will look over their findings at Friday's hearing in Monaco before they decide if any further penalty should be imposed.
