French racing driver Sebastien Bourdais joins Toro Rosso

French racing driver Sebastien Bourdais has decided he will race in Formula One for Toro Rosso next season and he will be abandoning the Champ Car series.
Sebastien Bourdais, 28, who has won the Champ Car title for the last three years, wants to fulfil his dream of racing in Formula One.
Sebastien Bourdais has moved to America after he failed to win an F1 drive despite having claimed the Formula 3000 title in 2002.
Sebastien Bourdais had said in January that his aim was a 2008 drive with the Toro Rosso team, announcing he will stay in Champ Car for 2007 with Newman-Haas.
"It has been a long time coming," Sebastien Bourdais explained.
Sebastien Bourdais' relocation comes after he sufficiently impressed Toro Rosso in a series of tests this summer.
Sebastien Bourdais becomes the latest racing driver to try to find success in America in the much more demanding world of F1.
