Formula One driver Ralf Schumacher will silence critics
Formula One driver Ralf Schumacher says he will silence his critics by letting his driving show what he can do.
German Ralf Schumacher, 31, who drives for Toyota, has only made one point from the first three races in comparison with his team mate Jurno Trulli who has won four.
Ralf Schumacher, who had been criticised for blaming his car for his poor performance, said: "I'll answer on the track when the car is competitive again,
"No driver changes his style from one day to the next. It's about improving the car's set-up and reacting to the driver's needs."
Ralf Schumacher added: "The season is still long, we have only completed three out of 17 races, and there will still be plenty of surprises."
Ralf Schumacher's contract with Toyota is due to expire at the end of the season but manager Hans Mehr still feels that Ralf Schumacher has a future in Formula One racing, but maybe not with a Japanese team, and he said: "Ralf is one of the best Formula One drivers in the world. There is no need to worry about his future."
