Formula One driver Jenson Button's car in legal dispute
Formula One racing driver Jenson Button has found his car at the centre of a dispute into its legality and motorsport's governing body, the FIA, is meeting on Tuesday in Paris to make a decision on this.
Brawn Grand Prix team and Toyota and Williams use a split-level diffuser but Ferrari, Renault and Red Bull have claimed that these diffusers are not legal under new rules that were brought in this year.
So far the FIA has turned down the protest made by these rival motorsport teams who argue the design is not allowable under the new regulations, however, the International Court of Appeal should be announcing a final decision on the matter on Wednesday.
Brawn GP, Toyota and Williams could all lose points if the ruling goes against them.
An independent panel will be listening to the arguments presented from both sides at the meeting.
