Formula One boss Max Mosley's son Alexander died from drugs
Formula One boss Max Mosley's son Alexander died as the result of hard drug abuse, it has been reported.
39-year-old Alexander Mosley's body, dressed only in boxer shorts and surrounded by drug paraphernalia, had been discovered at his home in Notting Hill, west London, on 5 May.
Mosley, who had run the Hereford Road Restaurant, had been sitting at his desk when he died.
Westminster Coroner's Court was told that Mosley had been using heroin and crack cocaine, and had also been suffering from depression for which he had sought help.
Mosley had been taking drugs because of his shyness and he had confessed to his parents in 1994 that he had used heroin.
His friend Ramona Rainy testified to the court that Mosley had been taking heroin and crack cocaine, and urine tests showed traces of cocaine, ketamine, MDMA (ecstasy) and heroin or morphine.
