British racing driver Anthony Davidson wants to stay in F1
British racing driver Anthony Davidson says he is hoping to find a way of staying in Formula One even though his team Super Aguri have just been forced to close down and quit the sport.
Super Aguri were unable to find the funding they needed to carry on.
Anthony Davidson, 28, began his career as a test driver for BAR and he went on to join Super Aguri only last year.
But now that Super Aguri are no more it has left Davidson with the big problem of how he can carry on as a Formula One driver with no team.
Anthony Davidson has taken part in 24 races but unfortunately has no points from any of them.
Nevertheless, an undeterred Davidson explained he wants to stay in the sport he loves and he said: "I have to stick to F1. That's the priority at the moment and for the future. That's what I have to do, it's what I'm trained to do."
