Brazilian Felipe Massa fears Ferrari's success could be short-lived Brazilian Felipe Massa fears his recent success for Ferrari could be short-lived after a one-two in the United States Grand Prix.
Felipe Massa, 25, enjoyed a career-best finish behind Michael Schumacher in Indianapolis, with Ferrari's winning performance owing much to their Bridgestone tyres.
However, Felipe Massa is cautious of a backlash from rival Michelin, which supplies Renault, at the French Grand Prix next weekend.
"I expect the competition to get harder for us again and that we will not look so dominant," Felipe Massa said.
Felipe Massa is keeping his fingers crossed for a successful end to the season for himself and Ferrari, with contract talks looming.
Felipe Massa's position at Ferrari is under threat, with the team yet to say for sure who the driver for next season will be, and he knows the remaining eight races could be crucial to determining his future.
