Tennis star Andy Murray faces Lu Yen-Hsun at Olympics
Scottish tennis star Andy Murray will face Lu Yen-Hsun of Taipei in the first round at the Olympic Games, but he knows it is not going to be easy to actually win a medal in Beijing.
In the quarter-finals, Murray will probably play against Rafael Nadal, who is already set to become world number one, and then Novak Djokovic is a likely semi-final opponent.
Andy, teamed up with brother Jamie Murray, will be facing Canada's Daniel Nestor and Frederick Niemeyer in the doubles first round.
After his first practice period in Beijing where he has been training along with his brother, the Scot said he was feeling confident about his chances, although he knew it was going to be tough.
"I'm playing the best tennis of my career but it's tough here. Very hard conditions, very hard tournament and I'm playing singles and doubles," Andy Murray said.
The men's tennis event is the focus of much interest at the Olympics because it is the latest stage in the battle between Roger Federer and Spanish star Nadal, with Djokovic and Murray close behind.
