Tennis star Andy Murray beats Mardy Fish at Queen's Club
Scotsman Andy Murray has just beaten American tennis star Mardy Fish in the quarter-finals of the Aegon Championships at Queen's Club.
22-year-old Murray defeated Fish with a 7-5 6-3 score in a game that lasted only 70 minutes, and he now goes forward to face Juan Carlos Ferrero in the semi-finals.
The current world number three should feel confident of his chances against his Spanish opponent in the semi-final, despite Ferrero being a former world number one.
29-year-old Ferrero has dropped down the world tennis rankings and is now at number 90.
Murray and Ferrero have never played against each other before, however, if Murray can continue with the winning form he has just been showing then there is a very good chance he will be victorious again.
In the two quarter-finals left to be played, Ivo Karlovic faces Andy Roddick and James Blake will play Mikhail Youzhny.
