Swiss star Roger Federer beats Philipp Kohlschreiber
Swiss tennis star Roger Federer is still the favourite to win at Wimbledon where he has just beaten Philipp Kohlschreiber in the third round.
Federer overcame the 27th seeded German with a 6-3 6-2 6-7 (5-7) 6-1 victory score.
27-year-old Federer is aiming for his sixth Wimbledon title, and although Kohlschreiber fought back very well the Swiss star eventually won the match in two hours 31 minutes.
Federer was very happy with his victory and is reported to have called it his best performance at Wimbledon so far.
Federer is now aiming to set a new record by winning a 15th Grand Slam title.
Because Rafael Nadal, who is the current world number one in the tennis rankings, will not be appearing at Wimbledon because he had to pull out due to injury, it means that Federer has a very good chance of winning again.
