Scottish tennis star Andy Murray to face Ernests Gulbis
Scotsman Andy Murray faces another very worthy opponent when he plays against Latvian star Ernests Gulbis in the second round at Wimbledon's Centre Court on Thursday.
Murray has just succeeded in winning a real battle with American Robby Kendrick in the first round, and he is well aware that Gulbis is not going to be easy to win against too.
Gulbis and Murray face each other in the third match at around 1700 BST.
Murray and Gulbis have already played against each other on two past occasions, with one of these being at Queen's Club last year. Murray won both matches.
Gulbis has dropped down in the world tennis rankings from 38 to 74 in the rankings but he is nevertheless an opponent the British number one will have to watch out for.
Murray is now the highest seed in the top half of the draw after Rafael Nadal pulled out of Wimbledon due to injury.
