Andy Murray has problems with Juan Martin Del Potro
Scottish tennis star Andy Murray traded angry words with his Argentinean opponent Juan Martin Del Potro during their match in Rome.
However, Murray was the winner with a 5-7 6-4 1-0 score when Del Potro retired from the game in the third set and the Scot goes forward to face Stanislas Wawrinka in round two.
Andy Murray claimed that 19-year-old Del Potro had insulted his mother Judy who was watching the match.
Murray told Del Potro he had better watch what he was saying, however, the umpire, who had cautioned the Scottish star for swearing earlier in the match, did nothing about it.
Murray is reported to have claimed it was only the second time in his tennis career that he has had such a problem with an opponent.
Del Porto had back problems and received treatment before he had to abandon the game in the third set.
