Snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan beat Ali Carter in Northern Ireland
Snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan hit a 147 and went on to score a 5-2 win against Ali Carter and goes through to the Northern Ireland Trophy quarter-finals.
World number five snooker player Ronnie O'Sullivan took eight minutes and three seconds to score this and it was one of five century breaks he made, which were 108, 122, 107, 147 and 129.
Ronnie O'Sullivan will be joined in the quarter-finals by Peter Ebdon, who defeated Steve Davis in Belfast, however, Ronnie O'Sullivan will have to beat Fergal O'Brien if he is to progress to the semi-finals.
Nevertheless, Ronnie O'Sullivan was still not content with his performance at the £200,500 event and he is reported to have said: "I got lucky because Ali made it easy for me because he missed a lot of balls."
"I can't face practising at the moment because I'm playing rubbish."
