US golf star Phil Mickelson looks forward to the Masters
American golf star Phil Mickelson is looking forward to playing in the Masters at Augusta on 9 April and thinks he stands a good chance based on his recent performance which he is very satisfied with.
Mickelson is hoping to win his third PGA Tour title this year when he takes part in the Houston Open this week. The Houston event will be the last one before the Masters takes place next week.
38-year-old Mickelson, who is currently world number two and has won at the Masters tournament twice in the past, has already been the winner of the WGC-CA Championship and Northern Trust Open this year.
Mickelson was looking back on his recent victories and performance and feels confident because of the success he has had.
Mickelson will be playing at the Houston Open along with 14 of the world's top 20 golf stars.
