The Rest of the World beat Europe and America at golf
The Rest of the World golf team defeated Europe and the USA 6½-5½ and won the inaugural Goodwill Trophy in Shenzhen, China.
Australian golf star Peter Senior beat Welshman Bradley Dredge to claim the winning point at the Mission Hills Golf Club.
The Rest of the World players had a 2½-1½ lead after Monday's foursomes - both teams won three of Tuesday's singles matches with two games halved.
Europe/America captain Colin Montgomerie at least managed to defeat his Rest of the World counterpart Retief Goosen and their match was the most evenly contested of the singles matches with the Scottish golfer winning by one hole.
"I have to congratulate Retief and his players on a wonderful win," said Colin Montgomerie and added: "They played very well. I thought we had a strong line-up, so all credit to him and his team."
Retief Goosen said: "We beat a great team and a lot of strong players."
