Paula "Pink Panther" Creamer wins at SBS Open in Hawaii
American woman golfer Paula Creamer closed with a two-under par round of 70 to win her game at the SBS Open tournament in Oahu, Hawaii
Born in Mountain View, California, and due to her fondness for the colour, nicknamed the "Pink Panther," Paula Creamer, 20, is an American professional golfer who has been playing on the LPGA tour. Paula Creamer's current victory in Hawaii is her third career title, and her first since the Evian Masters back in 2005.
Paula Creamer ended on nine under at the SBS Open, just one shot clear of Paraguayan golfer Julieta Granada, who birdied holes 15 and 18 to finish with a 69.
It wasn't all plain sailing for Paula Creamer and the game was a battle for her at times. Paula Creamer explained it like this: "It was a roller coaster," and she added, "I can't even explain it. I was so up-and-down out there."
