Indian golfer Jyoti Randhawa leads and Tiger Woods struggles

jyoti Indian golf star Jyoti Randhawa is in the lead at the Champions Tournament by one stroke after the first round and Tiger Woods was struggling on his return to the sport.

Jyoti Randhawa carded a flawless 65 to finish on seven under, one ahead of Michael Campbell, Yong-eun Yang and Scot Marc Warren, who was denied a share of the lead after he lost his ball on the 15th.

Tiger Woods, who has been away for five-weeks, is at level par after a opening round which included a double-bogey six.

Tiger Woods started well with a birdie at the 10th but carded a six at the next after hooking his drive into the trees.

And Tiger Woods did birdie the 16th, 2nd and 3rd to move to two under but dropped shots at the 6th and 8th.

"I was right there in a position to get to four under," Tiger Woods said and added: "Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way - it went the other way - and I left myself an awful lot of work with three days to go."
