Golf star Tiger Woods reluctantly sings to teammates
Golf legend Tiger Woods had to sing in front of his teammates as part of an American bonding exercise, although he would have rather not done so.
All the 12 players had been asked to sing, but Tiger Woods crept away before coming back to give his version of a college song.
"He kind of bailed out when it got rowdy but when we all got back we put him on the spot and made him sing to us," said American star Scott Verplank.
"We got him a little embarrassed - which was good - and had a good laugh," Scott Verplank added.
Captain Tom Lehman had thought up the idea to try to help the players unite behind the shared goal of reclaiming the Ryder Cup.
"He wasn't good and he didn't like doing it - I wouldn't recommend he go to a recording studio or anything," added Scott Verplank so it doesn't look likely that there will be any future likelihood of Tiger Woods becoming a pop star.
