Golf star Geoff Ogilvy tips Tiger Woods to win a Grand Slam
Australian Geoff Ogilvy has tipped fellow golf star Tiger Woods to win a Grand Slam of all four majors in a calendar year after he finished second to him at the Target World Challenge.
Geoff Ogilvy was leading by a stroke as they went into the final round on Sunday but had to settle for the runner-up spot when Tiger Woods closed with a six-under-par 66.
"He always seems to play well under expectation," said Geoff Ogilvy, and he added: "I think Tiger should win all four majors in a year."
World number one Tiger Woods finished the so-called "Tiger Slam" when he won four straight majors between the 2000 US Open and 2001 Masters and he became the first player to hold all four professional major titles at the same time, though he has not yet achieved the so-called grand slam and won all in the same year.
"It was only 10 years ago people were thinking it was absolutely far-fetched to win two, now you've got him winning four," added Geoff Ogilvy.
