Colin Montgomerie thinks Europe will win Ryder Cup
Scottish veteran golfer Colin Montgomerie is feeling confident that Europe will reclaim the Ryder Cup at Celtic Manor in Wales this year whether Tiger Woods plays for America or not.
Woods has recently announced that he is taking a break from golf while he attempts to sort out personal problems in his life but he hasn't indicated whether he intends taking part in the Ryder Cup.
However, European captain Montgomerie is sure that the world number one will return to the sport in the near future despite his recent problems. Woods was in a car crash as the driver and after that had admitted he had been unfaithful to his wife.
Montgomerie is well aware of all the pressures he is going to be under in skippering the European team at the Ryder Cup that is being held at the Celtic Manor in October.
