Welsh boxer Enzo Maccarinelli faces Ezra Sellers in Cardiff
Welsh boxer Enzo Maccarinelli will be defending his WBO cruiserweight title against American Ezra Sellers in Cardiff at the Millennium Stadium on 3 November.
Swansea's Enzo Maccarinelli, 27, would have preferred an unification fight against Steve Cunningham, but the IBF champion decided to face Tomasz Adamek in January.
Ezra Sellers, 39, only recently returned to boxing after being away from the sport for three years.
Ezra Sellers made his comeback last July very sucessfully with a sixth-round stoppage of Troy Beets, and his 28th win in 35 fights.
Enzo Maccarinelli defended his title for the third time with a unanimous points win against Wayne Braithwaite in Cardiff in July.
US boxer Darnell Wilson had just this week put himself forward as the main challenger for Enzo Maccarinelli's title, to which the Welshman responded: "Darnell is not as good as he makes out to be.
"But he is a decent fighter. Don't get me wrong, he is no mug or bum, but we will wait to see what happens with him."
