Retired boxer Floyd Mayweather may fight Ricky Hatton
American recently retired boxer Floyd Mayweather says he may make a comeback to the ring in order to fight Manchester's Ricky Hatton, and he said: "I was retired, but I'll sign to fight Hatton right now."
And Ricky Hatton, 28, wants to face Floyd Mayweather after defeating Jose Luis Castillo on Saturday.
Floyd Mayweather, 30, added: "Ricky Hatton cannot fight. He cannot box. He throws one punch at a time and then holds. There is no skill to what he does in the ring."
Ricky Hatton won against Jose Luis Castillo with an impressive fourth-round stoppage in Las Vegas on Sunday and after the fight he said that his main aimwas to face Floyd Mayweather.
Both Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather are undefeated, although Floyd Mayweather had claimed that last month's win against Oscar de la Hoya would be his final fight.
However, whether or not he was impressed by Ricky Hatton's recent performance, it looks like Floyd Mayweather will be tempted out of retirement to face him.
