Boxer Matt Skelton faces Audley Harrison in London
Commonwealth heavyweight champion Matt Skelton will be defending his crown against compatriot British boxer Audley Harrison at London's ExCel Arena on 9 December.
Matt Skelton, 39, won the belt in July when he scored a unanimous points triumph over Danny Williams.
London fighter Audley Harrison, 34, is aiming to get his career back on track after a series of poor performances.
The former Olympic champion held the Commonwealth belt before he lost it to Danny Williams in December 2005 and Audley Harrison's reputation as a top-level fighter took a bashing after that.
Then another loss to American Dominick Guinn in the next fight brought rumours of possible retirement from boxing, however, Audley Harrison has been given the chance to redeem himself by Matt Skelton, who has been unable to confirm a world title challenge.
The bout will be the chief support to Scott Harrison's return after a long period away from the ring and Amir Khan's first eight-round fight will also feature on the card.
