Amir Khan to fight Argentinean Diego Alejandro Madole in Glasgow
Amir Khan will face Argentinean boxer Diego Alejandro Madole at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow on Saturday 25 March.
Amir Khan is currently unbeaten in six professional fights and will be
appearing on the undercard of Danny Williams' Commonwealth heavyweight
title defence.
Diego Alejandro Madole, 25, has won 11 out of his 16 fights, with three
knockouts, but he has never fought away from his homeland.
"I know he'll have a go because South American fighters are really hard and he will not be intimidated," said Amir Khan.
"I'm hoping that he will give me a few rounds and give me a test, but
I'm confident I can get another win to send all my Scottish fans home
happy," Amir Khan added.
Diego Alejandro Madole, who has fought for the Argentine
title, will be 19-year-old Amir Khan's first ever opponent from South
America.
