Boston Celtics basketball team are on a losing streak
The Boston Celtics basketball team are on a real losing streak in club history and the future isn't looking any brighter for them.
Boston Celtics lost its 15th straight game, getting defeated by Detroit 109-102 on Tuesday night.
The Boston Celtics were last in winning mode back on Jan. 5 and since then have allowed at least 100 points in their last five straight games.
If all that bad news wasn't more than enough for them, the Boston Celtics also had to send forward Paul Pierce home because of an infected left elbow.
Paul Pierce had already missed Boston Celtics' last 23 games due to an injured foot and is now expected to be in hospital for at least two days, which means his possible return would be too late to salvage things.
Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers said. "These guys want to win a game, and I need to find a way to make that happen.''
