Basketball benefit game for seriously injured Brian Dux
A basketball game is being organised to raise funds for the family of Brian Dux who was seriously injured in a car crash.
Guildford Heat Basketball Club, in Surrey, have announced that they will be putting on the Brian Dux Benefit Game on 28 December.
Brian Dux, 26, has been in a comatose state at Frimley Park Hospital since he crashed his car in Chobham a fortnight back.
Guildford Heat vice chairman Andrew Bird spoke about the benefit game and explained: "We wanted to do something special for Brian, and this gives everyone a chance to get involved wherever they live."
Tickets for the Brian Dux benefit, which is being held at Guildford Spectrum between Guildford Heat and an unnamed BBL All Stars team, went on sale on Sunday, and fans and friends of Brian Dux worldwide are being urged to buy tickets even if they cannot attend.
All ticket sales and money from merchandising will be going to the family of Brian Dux.
