Jacksonville Jaguars beat Pittsburgh Steelers
Jacksonville Jaguars have beaten the Pittsburgh Steelers and Josh Scobee's last-minute field goal gave Jacksonville Jaguars a 31-29 victory at Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh Steelers made the first move against their opponents the Jacksonville Jaguars, with Najeh Davenport going over at the end of a 10-play drive. The Jacksonville Jaguars fought back straight away.
The Jacksonville Jaguars were leading 28-10 but Pittsburgh Steelers then managed to score two fourth-quarter touchdowns to grab a 29-28 lead in the game.
But it wasn't to last and when Maurice Jones-Drew scored in the second quarter, and after he ran in his second score, the Jacksonville Jaguars looked all set to win.
Touchdowns by Santiago Holmes, Heath Miller and Davenport had allowed Pittsburgh Steelers a comeback in the final quarter but they only managed to add two points after.
However, Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback David Garrard ran 32 yards on the fourth down to set up a chance for Josh Scobee late in the game and the Jacksonville Jaguars were triumphant in the end.
Jacksonville Jaguars now go forward to play a game against either New England Patriots or Indianapolis Colts.
