Baltimore Ravens thrash Green Bay Packers
Kyle Boller threw three touchdown passes as the Baltimore Ravens thrashed the Green Bay Packers 48-3 in Maryland.
Todd Heap caught two of the TD balls from Kyle Boller and had nine
catches for 110 yards to help the Baltimore Ravens (5-9) roll over the
Green Bay Packers (3-11).
"We did a great job on the offensive line," Kyle Boller said. "I give myself a B. We just have to do this all the time."
Baltimore Ravens led 24-3 at half-time and were never threatened, with Kyle Boller winding up 19-for-27 for 253 yards.
Randy Hymes caught the other TD pass from Kyle Boller, a 13-yard
reception in the second quarter, while Mark Clayton and Jamal Lewis
each rushed for a touchdown.
Adalius Thomas scored on a 35-yard fumble recovery with 17 seconds left
to close out the Baltimore Ravens' win with the most points.
Jamal Lewis rushed for 105 yards on 22 carries for Baltimore Ravens, while Derrick Mason contributed five catches for 97 yards.
Matt Stover kicked a pair of field goals to complete Baltimore Raven's scoring.
The Packers' offence was very poor, committing four turnovers, including a pair of interceptions by quarterback Brett Favre.
Brett Favre was 14-for-29 for 144 yards before being replaced by Aaron Rodgers, who was also intercepted.
Ryan Longwell's 27-yard field goal in the first quarter accounted for the Green Bay Packers points.
