Quarterback Tom Brady found Wes Welker and Kevin Faulk after the New England Patriots had trailed 20-10 in the fourth quarter.
Tom Brady completed the New England Patriots' win with 33 TD passes for the year so far, and in so doing breaking the franchise record of 31 for an entire season with seven games remaining.
The New England Patriots are still on their way to joining the 1972 Miami Dolphins as the only NFL team to ever get through a season undefeated.
But of course, the New England Patriots victory also ended the Indianapolis Colts' 12-game unbeaten status.
New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick said: "It was a good win but we got a long way to go."
